Want to be a better sports athlete? Mike’s has a program to boost your speed, agility, strength, and of course confidence. My son increased all of the above in a little over 6 weeks of working with Mike. He makes it fun and it’s a good learning environment for my son and other athletes to learn and compete with their own personal goals. Mike measured my son the first session and he had already improved after 2 weeks in the program.
Mike is incredibly passionate about his educational offerings and coaching, emphasizing strongly how do implement programs in the right way.
Currently, Mike’s Sports Performance and Training is training local travel baseball teams in the area. I am truly impressed with not only Mike, but with the individualized performance programs that they are customizing for each patron. Amazing stuff!
Give him a call and ask to have a free session with him. If you are looking to make your game, whatever that may be, better, this is definitely the place to go!!
