Dr. Binnette is the best doctor I've ever had in 30+ years. While I agree that sometimes the front desk staff are less than friendly, what really matters more? The doctors or the clerical? This is you health - get the best doctor every time and be glad that there are still good doctors available. Everyone I've ever sent to Dr. Binnette has been more than happy with the care/expertise that he provides.
Dr. Thomas is amazing. The staff...meh. Waiting for an hour is excessive and there's no reason to be rude to patients. Even leaving a message for a nurse seems bothersome to office personnel.
However, Dr. Thomas is highly recommended and is an excellent doctor and surgeon
