(August 31, 2022, 10:29 pm)I took my antique clock, that had not worked in 20 years or so. . They cleaned it and got it working. Now this 50+ year old clock works like new, chimes perfectly on time. I could set my iwatch to it. Thank you so much this brings back memories of the first time I heard this clock chime some 40 years ago with my mom.

(August 2, 2022, 5:42 pm)My grandmother passed away and I took my grandparent's grandfather clock. I had no idea how to work it. My grandparents bought it from Chicago Clock in the 1970s. I called Chicago Clock to set it up and show me how to take care of it. Matt was the technician who came out. He was incredible. Matt took the time to explain how the wheels work, showed me how to wind the clock every week, and how to set the beat of the pendulum (hopefully I don't have to though). He was interactive, friendly, professional, and caring. When the clock needs service, I will call Chicago Clock again in the future.

(July 29, 2022, 3:47 pm)The lock on my parents 40 year old grandfather clock had been removed years ago, probably because it was broken. Matt spent hours trying to fit a new lock without success, but he didn't give up. A few days later he called and said he searched until he found a lock that might fit. It did! I couldn't believe it. He installed the new/old lock in 10 minutes and it fits perfectly! Thank you Matt. You rarely see such dedication and craftsmanship!
