  Great waitress there. Friendly, checked our drinks a bunch, was funny. Wish I could remember her name. She earned her tip. And of course, burger and shake we're very good.

  We had terrible service at this location tonight. It took a while to seat us, we watched them stand around. It also took several minutes to even get them to the table and even then the server said she wasn't our server but she'll take our order. The biggest offense to us is that our meals sat in the window for over 10 minutes. They just kept on passing the window and not looking. Also not our server brought our food and when I said it's probably cold it's been sitting so long he just shrugged. My order was also incorrect. But I'd rather not wait for a new one. Finally no one ever checked on us until the end where I asked for the bill.
  
  Here is why I am giving them 4 stars. Manager Marcus. He was a real sweetheart and very sincere. Promised that they were just having a really bad night and this wasn't the norm. They also had some new servers. I appreciated his whole attitude and that he didn't make us feel like it wasn't his problem or that we were the problem. He was a total rockstar. I intended to pay for the meal in full (just not tip the servers we were that angry) but he just took care of it. I wasn't expecting that. He said he appreciated us not taking his head off. (Lord, help me I don't ever want to be THAT customer)
  
  Suffice it to say, I went up upset over the experience and never wanting to come back, but left smiling and lighthearted because of Marcus and totally wanting to give it another try.
  
  So I post this yes we has a bad experience but their customer service at handling it is top notch. I have full faith that next time will be better. Rock on Marcus and thank you.
