Dr. Hall has been our pediatrician for nearly 7 years (and for 3 kids), and we consistently are impressed by her knowledge and disposition. She is professional, prompt, and genuine. We are so thankful she helps take care of our children!

We've been going to them for 17 years ! I met with one of the Doctors when I was expecting my first baby. She took the time to speak to me about their office, appointment procedures and their passion for providing care to the littlest of humans. Anytime I needed to speak to a nurse or make an appointment they take the time with me and my children for what is needed. A month ago my daughter had a cold but with school requirements it required a covid test - they were able to get an appointment and also at the appointment spend time to discuss questions on coping strategies with the challenges our kids are dealing with. Dr. Gartner and Dr. Kelly founded this practice based on love and passion for providing the utmost in care - their vision has left a legacy that DuPage Pediatrics has continued - Thank you to the dedicated staff, amazing healthcare professionals of Dupage Pediatrics.

As a first time parent I am so thankful we found this pediatric office. The front office is always so nice when we come in or call. The business folks are so fabulous about making sure everything is ready with insurance before appointments. All of the doctors are super amazing and nice when I call panicking about sick kid stuff in the middle of the night or weekends. And they are fabulous during regular appointments, even helping the little ones through all the weird stuff they don’t understand like getting their ears checked and shots. Plus their hours are so accommodating that I can schedule appointments around work. LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!

DuPage Pediatrics is the most wonderful pediatricians office around! From the front office to the nurses to the doctors, we haven’t come across a single staff member who hasn’t been above and beyond caring, kind, happy, helpful, and informative. We love everyone we have encountered over the 2+ years we have been going for our two children. We first met Dr. Joseph at Hinsdale hospital when our first son was born there in 2019. We have seen her for just about every appointment since with both our children. Since the first day, Dr. Joseph is always so very kind, encouraging, friendly, thorough in her examination, informative, caring toward our children and helpful to us as parents. She remembers things in great detail about both our kids from appointment to appointment. We have loved our entire experience and highly recommend DuPage Pediatrics! They came highly recommended to us by a long list of parents when we were expecting and we are very happy to have chosen them.

We've always had pleasant experience here with both doctors and staff. I get here and wait a very minimal time before going back. We are not kept waiting on the room for the doctor, either. This is key with a small baby! They've also always happily made room for our baby when she needs a last second appointment.

I'm sad to see bad reviews because they make you vaccinate your kid. I wouldn't go here if they didn't. Keep up the good work, DuPage Pediatrics!

Oh one last tip: the main entrance is in the back. It's counterintuitive since the front looks nicely decorated.
