  Bill Scott and his team exemplify customer service! I switched from Another insurance company to State Farm with Bill over 30 years ago for better rates and found the best customer service ever!!

  I have worked with Bill and his team for many years and they are extremely responsive and helpful. I recently went through all of my coverages and had some questions that I passed on to Traci in Bill's office. She provided very helpful responses to all of my questions, including pointing out areas where I could save money while still being comfortable that I had adequate coverage. This is a top quality agency that I would highly recommend.
