Jacob did an OUTSTANDING job. Prior to his cleaning, I had thought that I was going to have to get rid of the carpeting, the stains were so severe. I had used another company previously and they made excuse after excuse about why they wouldn't clean, and I believed them. Jacob took his time and the three year old carpeting now looks practically brand new!! I highly recommend Conway Carpet Cleaning!
My dogs both got very sick and of course it was all over my 2 year old carpet. We tried using our own carpet cleaner to no avail. Al came in the same day- squeezed us in on his way home- and literally my carpet looks brand new. We have two huskies so anyone can imagine the dog hair alone he got up that was matted way down. We vacuum literally every day. This company is absolutely fantastic.
Justin from Conway Carpet Cleaning company was punctual, reliable, courteous and thorough. The pricing was excellent and the workmanship exceptional all done in a timely manner. Our area rugs have been rejuvenated to their original glorious colors. Two large sofas were also cleaned which was a first for us and we're glad we had that done as well. We were amazed at how pristine all the equipment was and the pride taken in the work. Thank you for a job well done.
Am glad Bob was extremely knowledgeable and provided us with an abundance of information not only about the service he was providing but also useful tips to deal with issues that may arise in the future. He took his time and ensured we were satisfied with the results. We were impressed and will be requesting him in the future for any additional service we may require.
I called Conway Carpet Cleaning based on the many positive reviews I read on google and yelp. Bob answered the the call and we scheduled a time to clean my carpets. Two days before the scheduled time, I realized I would not be able to keep the appointment, and I called Bob to reschedule. He was able to schedule for a day sooner! He was on time and very pleasant. We looked at the areas that showed traffic marks and he said he’d do his best. He did an amazing job! The carpets look like new! I wish I’d known about Conway Carpet Cleaning years ago, and highly recommend this company.
