  For years I was going to the dealership for my oil changes, and always paying too much. A friend told me about their good experiences with Merlin's, so I tried this shop. I was very satisfied with the service, he location and the costs. As they say, I will be back!

  GREAT SERVICE! We took our truck in for an oil change and brakes. Fast, friendly service. Clean waiting area. Chris took great care of us. We will definitely be back!

  It is inherent in all of us "non-experts" to be suspicious of car service /repair places. Car repair is almost always costly and often you do not know if the place is trying to sell you on something you don't need. I brought my car in because it was making some strange noises not related to braking. They took a look and said I needed new front and rear brake pads/rotors (car had never had them replaced so I had no issue with the assessment despite me telling them it wasn't brakes) and that new brake pads/rotors would fix the noises. Got the car back, drove it a couple days and was still hearing the same scraping and knocking noises so was not happy I had just paid pretty good money for something that didn't fix the problem. No worry, brought it back in, they put it up on the lift and determined it was the heat shield making all of the noises. They quickly did the repair at no charge and now problem solved. These guys are straight shooters, reasonably priced, and you should be confident bringing your car to them for service or repair. Thanks Jeff and everyone at Merlin.

  Jeff Is a class act and a stand up guy. When I go to get my vehicle serviced, I'm not expecting amazing customer service and smiling faces. I'm expecting to get my car fixed...I could care less about tone and temperament. But you get all of it from this location. This shop really knows what its doing and is staffed by the best people the industry can offer. I will always be a loyal customer to this particular establishment and will encourage you to give them a try and do the same.
