(March 1, 2022, 11:49 am)I have been going to Mr. Submarine since the 80s, but moved out of the area. Then I discovered the Downers Grove location, and it was fantastic. And now my son is craving these awesome subs all the time. Incredibly fresh bread, generous portions. My son says this is now his favorite place.

(January 4, 2022, 12:27 pm)Quick and easy place to get subs without even having to leave the comfort of your car! Ordered the veggie sub, it was okay, bread was good, veggie were not proportionally cut, made it real weird to eat since I got like a 1/2 inch thick bell pepper slice on half the sandwich. The Mac and cheese bites were okay. The sauce options are limited, wish you had more to choose from, overall decent place.
