  Got my old centurion fixed here. The guys here are super honest of what you need and don’t need or might need in the coming future. In other words, they are not here to rip you off and clear your bank account.

  They replaced my broken rear derailleur, bent chain, and a cable. Their work was great and the price was very fair.

  While I would love more clothing options as a girl who likes to shop, I love the service and the courteous staff. Feels like a group who really like their jobs and work well together. The team seems well educated and skilled, engaging and knowledgeable!

  My son and I came in on several occasions to purchase a bike good for the city and for trails. We bought the FX-1 in his preferred color-black! Outfitted with special tires, bike lock, tire locks, new helmet, water bottle holder, and pump, he is now ready to jaunt around Chicago. The staff--many who helped us both in the front with sales and the back with service--were all incredibly knowledgeable, patient with my son who is new to biking, and helpful with suggestions on how best to prevent theft in the downtown environment. I bought a Trek 20 years ago for a sprint distance triathalon and remembered the quality of the bikes. Inspired by his lightweight and smooth gears on my son's new FX-1, I pulled out my classic Trek and it's scheduled for a tune up and new tires as well. It still rides great after all these years. Could not recommend the product or this store and it's staff any higher. Thank you! (We may be back soon to upgrade! lol)
