Great Doctor! Great staff! Just needs to answer the phones more and call back sooner.... office hours are also very short Monday through Friday, 10am til 3pm, and no weekends....I still highly recommend this practice and Dr. Helding.

Dr. Helding himself is a phenomenal doctor. He took my medicine regiment and condensed it from 7 medicines to 4. I feel healthier and have lost weight as a result. He also is a real person. He doesn't hide behind his degree like a lot of doctors do.
As for his staff they are extremely friendly and explain things thoroughly.
I would rate a 5 however the staff has a hard time answering phones. They do get back to me with in the promised 24 hour period and most the time it's the same day. All in all very satisfied with the medical service provided.
