    I've been going to this F45 for several years and will continue to give them my business because I believe it's the most productive, full body workout in an hour. There are some really fantastic, energetic coaches that encourage and support you without making you feel self conscious

    Absolutely amazing gym! Workouts are always changing never a dull day here. It is obvious owners are very invested in providing a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Trainers are also great shout out Taylor and Mary! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great workout and joining the F45 family! Owners Tonya and Martyn you guys rock!

    Awesome studio! The owners are amazing and there every day, helpful and friendly! Just awesome! The trainers are really cool, knowledgeable, supportive and definitely engage and keep you motivated. The members are all friendly, supportive, and amazing. It's just the best experience, it's definitely everything you want and expect from and F45 and more! I love F45 in general but this location is truly one of the best!

    The team at F45-Downers Grove is amazing. The workouts are killer and the trainers keep you motivated and using good form. The facility is clean, and they have implemented many measures to keep it COVID-free and keep us working out! The owners are amazing and put so much effort into ensuring their clients have a great experience. It’s the only gym I have looked forward to getting up and going to every day - I’m addicted.

    I have been a member of this gym for over a year. F45 Downers Grove has the best trainers - friendly, caring and tough all at the same time. This workout literally feels like having a personal trainer but in a group setting! Plus, they are taking every precaution imaginable to keep you safe: small class sizes, taking temps upon arrival, washing hands before and after classes, wearing masks until the class begins and sanitizing as you work. It's a great place to get strong, fit and healthy!
