  Two things stand out when I think about my night at Bowlero. A good night of bowling and Staff that truly makes an effort to making sure you, and your party, are having a good time. I had a few typical bowling ally issues pop up during the night, however both the attendant and the manager were quick to respond and looked happy to help; as if they enjoy their work, go figure. In all seriousness this is exactly how I wish all places would be, things don't have to be perfect but good service with a smile honestly goes a long way. Bowlero scores a 10 out of 10 in my book. Keep up the good work.

  Great Experience! Thank you to the manager Jen, she was very helpful
  when the credit card machine was out of paper to print out the receipt. Jen came over and quickly got the machine working.
  
  We arrived Thursday around noon to visit the arcade area. Bowlero was clean and the atmosphere was fun and inviting.
  
  Thank You Jen, we’ll be back.

  Jannie was so helpful. My family went bowling. She got us a lane and shoes. I was surprised how fast it was. Even when the ball or pin got stuck she had someone fix it fast. I’m the past when I went it took forever to get a lane. The people at the front desk were rude also or not helpful at all. I will defiantly go back. So happy they hired nice and helpful people now.

  This place was awesome! We just came here recently and it was so much fun. The customer service was also really great. Janine was super friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. Overall a really fun experience and can't wait to come back!

  Just had an amazing bowling party at the Bowlero in Woodridge!!! Jessica and Issac were awesome, friendly, and attentive. Super easy to book the event, VERY reasonably priced, and the guests had a wonderful time. We could not have asked for a better venue to celebrate our son's 10 year old birthday. Thank you so much!
