    The service was outstanding from the beginning. The initial call to the confirmation call when the employees would be there to work on the issue. The employees were friendly and explained what they were doing. I would definitely use them again and refer them to everyone I know that could use their services.

    Arrived promptly, very professional, courteous and patient (I had many questions)...
    Will definitely have them annually for my dryer vent cleaning! Probably every 2 years for the duct cleaning.
    Price for duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning was absolutely fantastic! I thought perhaps their quote would be off considerably ~ charged exactly as quoted! No surprises ~ except exceptionally great job done by two professional, courteous employees!

    I have used Mr. Duct several times. They arrive on time, work steady and leave the pl;ace better than when they arrive. FYI, if you think your duct work isn't dirty, it is. Price best among all the services we called.

    The gentlemen that came to clean my ducts from Mr. Duct were great. They were polite, kept me informed throughout the process, were professional, and did a great job. The people at the office were very friendly as well. Overall, I am very pleased with Mr. Duct and would highly recommend.

    Mr. Duct did a great job. The entire process was easy...I was able to get a quote over the phone and make the appointment quickly. The workers arrived on time, were courteous, professional, and fast. I would definitely use them again.
