  After living in the same house for over thirty years, it would be an understatement to say I needed a "little help" navigating the house market. A friend highly recommended JP and Sarah and I am so grateful that we embarked on this journey together . As soon as I met them, I knew that they were sincerely and personally invested in me and my search for something just right. They were always professional, knowledgeable and patient . Instead of sending me mass mailings of homes I would never be interested in ( as a former realtor did), they researched homes and neighborhoods that were tailored to me. They gave me support and hope when some unforeseen obstacles came up.
  I have now been in my new , beautiful, perfect home for a month. I'm so happy here and do not miss the old place one bit ! The closing process went so well with the network of amazing colleagues that JP and Sarah work with...my mortgage broker, the lawyer, the home inspector and even an amazing moving company made everything go seamlessly.

  JP and Sarah did a fantastic job of helping us navigate the tricky question of how to find a new home in Glen Ellyn without going under contract on a much loved current home. They were exceedingly patient and put in late hours to help us find a home that checked all of the boxes, while ultimately selling our prior home at almost asking price on the day that it went on the market. JP and Sarah were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. We would recommend them without hesitation.

  JP and Sarah showed us different houses over the last three years and they never gave up on trying to find us our next home. The entire process with the purchase of our next home and sale of our current one was extremely organized and they were with us every step of the way. They had our current home under contract in less than 24 hours.

They have implemented themselves in the community and have a strong network in the industry.
