Her worldwide travel experience, attention to detail, thoroughness and knowledge of top tour companies made her invaluable in planning our recent trip to Europe. Due to world events while we were on vacation, Barb alerted us that part of our itinerary needed to be changed, which she accomplished seamlessly. Our entire trip was flawless. Barb has been our long time travel agent and she is amazing! She is so knowledgeable about travel destinations, transportation, and any of the small details you might wonder about when you travel abroad. She patiently takes time to respond to all questions. Her attention to detail is also superb. When we were planning a trip out of the country, she alerted us in a timely fashion that our passports would need to be renewed. Once, our flight was significantly delayed and she contacted US to help navigate the changes we needed to make. She offhandedly mentioned that she likes to track the flights of her clients to make sure just such problems don't occur for them. Another time she dropped off travel documents to our home. There aren't many travel agents as dedicated as that! Barb has offered valuable travel advice on so many trips through the years. She planned a trip to South America with a very complex itinerary and offered many insights to help make our vacation memorable. I highly recommend Barb.
