Lorraine Park Apartments

I recommend this facility to all my good friends, I've lived here for just about 10 years, and I totally love my 2 bedroom 2 full bath apartment, my view, my huge patio deck. And I can honestly say I love Jan, who does a fantastic job managing these 4 buildings. I've never had 1 problem that she didn't fix asap. I'm totally greatful from the 3rd floor view of both the street and the beautiful swimming pool. 🏊‍♂️ I can't amagin living any place else.
Also the maintenance are supper helpful, And jimmy on the spot, whenever the need arises. And oh I can't forget to include all the beautiful upgrades done in and around the buildings. Thanks Jan.. for all of your hard work. 💋

I’ve been here since 2017 in a two bedroom two bath unit on the third floor. I have more than enough room to live well.it is quiet here and there are upgrades in the building going on all the time it seems. Maintenance is extra good. Jann has been here since the building opened. She follows the rules and some people might find that annoying, but if you follow the guidelines You will have no problems. We don’t have junk on our balconies, we have reasonable hours for during laundry and we have assigned parking places. Parking outside in the winter is tough in Wheaton, but the parking lots are cleared early. The grass and trees are taken care of as well as the swimming pool.

Nice sized living room, bedrooms and walk in closets. Love the balcony too! Quiet building and there is a mix of people of all ages from recent grads to retirees. Issues in the apartments get fixed pretty quickly which is super convenient. I have some nice neighbors which is a great plus!
