Naperville is a nice town in it's own and this was an affordable place to stay to experience what Naperville has to offer and it is close enough to Downtown Chicago to be involved in all the city has to offer. The pool and hot tub looked clean but we never had a chance to use it. Our room was clean and we'll kept. Everything worked great. The staff was friendly and courteous. Continental breakfast was what you would expect, pastries, cereal, yogurt, and waffles. Also fruit, juice, and coffee. Would gladly stay here again.

(September 24, 2018, 7:03 pm)I've been to this location many times to stay a night when I have to get to work early after working late the night before. The customer service is always great. Especially the evening staff. I'm not sure what their names are but whoever the two young ladys are that work the evening shift. The rooms I've been in were always very clean, never had any issues with the typical travel stuff (i.e. bed bugs, stained sheets etc...). I highly recommend.
