  I almost never write reviews, but the women here are truly special and the service they provide needs to be recognized! Coping with stress and anxiety can feel overwhelming and shameful, but these women are so professional and helpful! You will not regret a visit here! You owe it to yourself to practice some emotional first aid-- you will not regret it!

  Val and all of the therapist at the center are amazing. They are dedicated to helping their clients achieve their therapy goals, they’ve taught me insights that I never knew about that are life saving.

  The staff is extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful. Their offices are so welcoming and comfortable. Val is such a wonderful and warm person and she truly cares about the well being of everyone she works with. Aneta is professional, friendly and so easy to talk to.
