  Since 2005 I have purchased three vehicles from CarMax ... a 2001 GMC Sierra... 2005 Ford Edge....And my most recent purchase a 2015 GMC Sierra. Every time I was in the market for a new vehicle, I would do my "due diligence/research" and I felt CarMax always had the vehicle I was looking for at a price I was willing to pay. No hassle ... no-haggle. Each transaction probably took less than 60 to 90 minutes from the time I walked on the lot until I was driving home with the purchased vehicle. So far I have been quite satisfied and I would highly recommend CarMax.

  The staff were very helpful and accommodating. They took time to answer all of my questions. Overall, it was a great experience. I would definitely comeback and would recommend them to others.

  Sales staff is amazing! Rene was a joy to deal with.
  I would suggest looking over every square inch of the car before you purchase. 2 weeks after my purchase, I noticed rust on the lip of the hood. The car is only 2 years old and never thought it would have rust. I contacted the service department and have scheduled an appointment to look at it.
  Fingers crossed that they will do the right thing and repair it or exchange the car. Look for another post from me after my appointment. I have bought 4 cars over the years from them and hope it’s not the last. I brought the car to carmax (expecting to have to argue) and after a little conversation, they are fixing and repainting the hood! Off I went in a loaner car. A few hours later, I got a follow up call letting me know that they are on schedule. Solid Place
