(April 21, 2018, 9:18 am)We had a leak on a water heater that was installed a few months ago. The plumber who installed it was sick and unable to look at it that day. I called Virgil and he made time to meet me within the hour! He was professional and knowledgeable. He spotted many large errors in the previous plumber’s work, took the time to explain the issues, and gave a quote to fix the issues. However, he didn’t feel we should have to pay to have the problems fixed since we were in such a crummy spot and the errors were made due to laziness if the previous plumber. He suggested we point out all of the issues to the previous plumber to see if we could have them fixed for free. It’s not often you find ethical people who aren’t trying to swindle you get money out of you! I would HIGHLY recommend calling Virgil if you have a problem. I know he will be the first number on my list next time we need something. Great guy!

He explained what he would need to do and why and the costs up front, and there were no surprises. Virgil is a true professional, I refer him to all my friends. I could not be more pleased.
