I have not had a bad experience bringing my car in for service. Burrell Henry is a top notch service technician. If you want someone who is going to listen to you and not make you feel rushed, he’s my guy. He takes the time to listen and Types into the system the problem you are experiencing. He is able to think of what the problem may be and asks questions that help him better to document the problem to be fixed.
The waiting area is spacious, clean and comfortable. They provide water and snacks. The administrative staff are friendly whether calling in or in person. Shana I’ve spoken to many times and have met her is so friendly and personable. Great customer service!
I have used Heritage for my automotive needs for over 30 years. They continue to be one of the best service departments I have ever used. My recent visit for routine service continues to show service is a priority. First, the place is really clean. No grease outside the working area. The waiting area has comfortable furniture, snacks and is quiet.
The service advisors are knowledgeable and don’t try to sell you service that is not needed. They understand what a car needs and can quickly figure out what your car needs beyond routine maintenance. In short, one of the things that brings me back to this dealership, although I now live 30 miles away is the service department. They finished my car in about two thirds of the estimated time.
Just picked up a 2018 XT5 for my wife - both Keith and Frank took the time to fully inform her about the vehicle we were purchasing. They thoroughly explained every aspect of her new car, as well as walking her through all of the features on it. There were no "surprises" and we never felt pressured in any decisions. Each were friendly and knowledgeable. It truly was a pleasant experience. All the people we met during this process were very nice and helpful. The dealership itself is great and Keith and Frank were great to work with.
