If you need something (such as a reschedule, an extra pair of contacts, clarification about payment/insurance), they will do their best to accommodate. Love going here!

(August 22, 2017, 4:25 pm)I've been going to Oakbrook Optical for about 25 years and I couldn't be more pleased. Dr. Joe is terrific and I wouldn't trust the care of my eyes to anyone else. He and his entire team do a great job taking care of their patients. I highly recommend them!

Dr. Franceschini is always very attentive, I am always seen on time, and the Dr. keeps me informed of what he is checking for and any possible issues we need to keep an "eye" on. He does not try to sell anything that isn't necessary. The others in the office are always extremely respectful and pleasant. He is a great doctor and has many great assistants who will always answer any questions I have.
