I went in for a simple haircut for the first time at this location & Daniela made my experience so easy. If you’re going to check out the salon, I recommend her for sure! Super professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. The new location is beautiful.

Elise was beyond helpful. The store just opened this week and it is clean and really organized. Elise did product checks for us and suggested other items for us that were similar to the ones we were looking for. Will shop here again

I went into this store looking for a specific straightener and was SO happy to see it at a cheaper price and when I got to the register the price was different which, I knew was way to good
to be true. I showed the cashier the picture of the placement I found the straightener at and she has called over the manager and 2 of the managers came over and said the same thing and just changed the price to the price I found it at.. I appreciate this ulta location for trusting me and allowing me to get it for the price I found the straightener at. Thank you so much. If your looking for a friendly trustworthy location look no further.

Daniela R. is AWESOME!! I can't say enough. I've never had a go-to hair stylist, but she is my new one. She fixed (in May) a huge, ugly color job that I had done elsewhere. It was SO MUCH better! I was over the moon happy. Then at the end of July she helped me to pick a different color to transition to. She takes her time, really listens to what I want, and explains/advises wonderfully. She's also extremely personable and pleasant to interact with. Highly recommend to everyone!! I'll be back in another 2 months to update my color! Give her a raise 🙂

I allow for some time here and have my list of products that I need with me. The Oakbrook location is very great. This month, I was fortunate to be helped with product questions by Lolly! She was sweet, helpful, never pushy. Next visit, I hope to be lucky enough to pick a day when she is working!
Another employee at the register helped me order a product online. She was helpful and patient with this process. My order arrive in a timely fashion. 😊
