(May 13, 2020, 3:45 pm)About 3 years ago I had my right rear tire punctured by road debri and it went flat immediately. I couldn't get the spare tire to drop down and it was a cold and blustery day. I called Dennis Ford, my state farm agent and he arranged to get me a tow truck and got me back on the road. It was a busy day for tow trucks and it took an hour for them there, but Dennis stayed on top of situation and kept me updated on the approximate time help would arrive. Thanks again, Dennis
