(January 11, 2019, 10:01 pm)1/11/19 - I bought my wife a couple pairs of shoes here over the last 2 years and have had a good experience. The staff was helpful with sizing and recommendations. This is why the 5 stars.
All that said, I never had any issues with the shoes after the purchase, so I haven't had any experience with their after-sales support. I would highly recommend reading all the reviews here and going to Yelp for the reviews there. This store may struggle in that area.
I only recently came across these reviews... Since these shoes are often a larger purchase, I am definitely second-guessing ever coming back. -
