  Mark and Kurt were great to work with through the whole process of buying a new pinball machine. Their website is full of good information and the section on shipping is excellent. They were easy to get a hold of via phone or email and answered promptly and honestly. Shipping of my machine went well and Mark worked with me to ship the game for a window of time that would work for me. Overall, a great experience if you are looking to buy a pinball machine, this is the place!

  Would highly recommend. From initial inquiry to final delivery, it was a great experience working with Hemispheres. I would not hesitate to buy another pinball machine from them down the road.

  Great place to do business with. Kurt and Mark both were very helpful in purchasing a Houdini pinball and puck bowling machine. Very knowledgeable and prompt in returning calls/emails. Great delivery and set up. As soon as I get my act together Munsters Premium from them is next. They helped me to earn "Grandpa of the Year" with the grandkids. Highly recommend.

  I had a fantastic experience buying my Jersey Jack Pirates of the Caribbean Limited-Edition Pinball machine from Hemisphere’s. Kurt was prompt, honest and forthright in email communication to me prior to my deciding to make a purchase. He gave tons of advice and thoughts on how to best get our machine from the shipping terminal to our basement at home. Mark was also fantastic to deal with. I live in Michigan and without even actually ever seeing this showroom I will continue to purchase from this company for any of my future game room needs. I recommend this business fully.

  Kurt (owner of company) is a total straight shooter. Very easy to talk to and doesn’t just try and sell you goods. I contacted him to repair a 40 year old machine I had. He flat out said he wouldn’t be able to get to it anytime soon due to customers in line in front of me, but that was because he didn’t do quick repairs and liked to go through the entire machine with a fine tooth comb to make sure they were solid all around. Because I had picked his brain extensively previously and he didn’t seem to be bothered by all my probably stupid questions I decided to get on the list. And addition to that, I actually bought another machine from him that he was just getting started on restoring when I contacted him about my game. Both games were delivered at same time today and I couldn’t be happier. The restored game looks beautiful and my original game turned out way better than I imagined. His attention to detail is awesome. He will not let a machine leave his shop unless he’s 100% sure it will be solid and beautiful for years to come. I know because I waited a long time and probably bugged him more than I should have being a little impatient, but it was well worth it in the end. I will definitely be doing business with him in the future and would recommend his business to anyone.
