  I have to give the ladies on the front desk & Rachel, who gave me the most wonderful, deep tissue massage-a total of 5 stars. Although there were problems encountered with my gift card, (the gift card was purchased for me from my daughters) I cannot hold the ladies at the South Elgin location responsible, as the gift card was purchased at a different location. And that is a whole other story, one that I won't get into on this review. My daughter is currently looking into the matter. Anyway, THANK YOU, Ladies, for a relaxing & wonderful experience. I'll be back!

  I have a bad neck and shoulder for years now and it had gotten to the point I could barely lift my arm. I found an amazing massage therapist named Laura H. at Massage Envy in South Elgin. Laura H. is so good, I'm sure my words won't do her work justice. She finds my knots and I feel and hear the crunching as she breaks them up, then she'll find the next one and the next. I feel her dedication, she never seems lazy or uncaring.. like she's on a mission to actually help me! She's very nice and down to earth too so I just really wanted to share her name if anyone needs help. She seems to be the answer for me, I am a regular now!

  I absolutely love this place! As someone with fibromyalgia, the trigger point therapy has greatly benefitted me and gets me through each month! Billy is absolutely amazing in everyway! Could never thank them enough for how much care they provide me each visit!
