  I am a chiropractor myself, and Dr Jake is the chiropractor I go to in order to take care of me. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and very friendly. I always trust him to take great care of me, so I can continue to take care of my patients.

  Dr. Hertz is an excellent chiropractor. He won't ever do anything you don't feel 100% comfortable with, nor will he push you to try to do something unless it will actually help you. His staff are wonderful, empathetic people who will always make room in the schedule for you if you desperately need it. And, always a plus, if your insurance will not cover chiropractic care, they will find a way to make sure you can come in and have work done when you need it. If you're the type of person who likes having things explained to you at the doctor's office, this is exactly the place you should be going -- Dr. Hertz is very personable, and always makes time for his patients to explain what is going on.
  
  I've been coming to Dr. Hertz's office since 2014. I'd been having severe pain in my shoulder area for over a month prior to seeing him, and it was when my arm started going numb that I made my first appointment. After my first visit, he'd identified that the problem wasn't in my shoulder, but rather my neck (cervical spine) and took x-rays which showed I was in the early stages of spinal degeneration. After coming to his office for four years, there has been significant improvement. I haven't had an arm-numbing experience since 2014, and my body is much better at healing itself than it used to be. I've successfully gotten other family to start going as well, by pure testimonial of the results I've had. I cannot recommend Dr. Hertz more highly.

  Dr. Hertz and his staff are fantastic! I could hardly walk when I started going there, and now I am pain free and able to do everything I normally do. I highly recommend checking out St. Charles Pain & Wellness to get you back on the right track.

  My 8 year old son goes there it is great friendly atmosphere, my son enjoys going.
