Bridget Wagner is an attentive, thoughtful realtor, and I'm so grateful for her help. Our housing search started in the dead of winter and Bridget cheerfully met us (as well as our 5 month old daughter) weekend after weekend to find our ideal home. Through the spring and summer, she was always available when we wanted to take a look at a property. She was very encouraging but also knowledgeable and honest. If a home had a big draw -- or flaw for that matter -- that we needed to consider, she spoke up immediately, gave the pros and cons and let us make the call. We learned so much about building structure, location and aesthetic draws from Bridget during our journey, but most importantly, we found our new home. We have been settled in for 6 months now and we really couldn't be happier. I gladly recommend Bridget's services.

Bridget was our realtor when we purchased our Naperville, IL home. She was knowledgeable, professional, and made our home search an enjoyable experience. We were especially impressed that although her real estate office was not located in Naperville she was willing to work with us to find just what we were looking for in the Naperville market.

She was a very good real estate agent whom went out of her way to do everything we needed to find the perfect house. She was very timely and gave great advice when asked. She did not push her opinion on us, but she had experience that we could lean on when desired. During negotiations, I never felt like she was leading us to go for a higher price - she always wanted what was best for us no matter what (we even walked away from one house due to an inspection). The best way to summarize her is her kindness, which shows when we get a thank you card or a Christmas card in the mail from her.
