  We had a Saturday lunch for 3 young children and two adults. I wasn't expecting much, but the salad bar was fresh, clean, organized, and good. Hot food was hit and miss. Steak was dry. Brisket was flavored well, but very fatty with no bark and well rendered fat. Buffalo chicken strips were not spicy or crispy, but we're surpringly good. Spinach, corn, rolls, and mashed potatoes were good. Pineapple upside down cake was great. Our two year old ate very well. Our autistic four year old enjoyed the pineapple and Mac and cheese. Overall, cheaper than the competition without being as hectic. No one got sick.
  
  Edit:. This is now one of our go to places. I have not had a bad meal here once. I raised review one star as of 2/19/19 after over 10 visits since first review.

  Was our first time coming to Coyote Canyon the food was excellent the waitresses were friendly. Food choices were great selections were fresh. We are definitely a fan and will come again was completely worth the hour and a half drive..

  Very clean. Great staff. Enjoyed the great selection of food. Terrific price. Excellent place for families.

  Extremely clean, cleanest buffet style restaurant I've ever been to. I had their pork fried rice, it was out of this world amazing. Along with their pork, steak, desserts, everything tasted great! Super friendly staff who were persistent with their cleaning, refills, and bussing tables.

  Favorite buffet, my husband and I come here often! Staff is always super attentive/friendly. Always bringing out fresh buffet items, and the steaks are on point. Plus, compared to other buffets, it's affordable AND the price of your meal includes your drink.
