  Great doctors. Office is nice. I was a bit turned off by staff. I decided to be seen at a different location because of the prices. My husband was not a fan of either the doctor he saw or staff. They also refused to measure my PD to buy glasses online. A tool that costs them nothing. After I had already purchased contacts and paid for my exam.
  When I tried to reorder contacts several months after being seen via Walgreens (for a better price) Oswego Vision gave Walgreens a hard time.
  They did nothing to keep me as a client.

  I was greeted and taken care of quickly and in a very professional manner. They went above and beyond to come to a conclusion with my complex vision problems! I would recommend Dr Hein to everyone!

  My son and I both love coming here and seeing Dr. Al (Hein). Great staff, very clean and welcoming and they’re very helpful and patient when choosing glasses, and always try to find ways to help us save money.
