  Within 15 minutes of calling them, they were there. Fast and professional. Best towing business we've ever encountered. The driver was curteous and efficient. Great business. Highly recommended them. By the way, this happened on a Sunday during the Bears game!

  I was stranded dead in the middle of Rollins road in Round Lake Beach. I had so many people just fly by me without helping. I called the B&R Crew and spoke to a man named Tommy. He stayed on the phone with me and was joking around til his truck got there. I felt a lot more calm and they were literally there within 15 minutes. Ill be honest they were the second company I called but their time frame was way shorter and their price was fair and honest. It was a beautiful clean truck that looked and smelled brand new. The driver JR that showed up was such a help and explained to me everything that he was doing. I took a bunch of their cards and will never use another towing company

  Love this bunch!!! They always come when called. They don't dilly-dally or make excuses about time. They are polite. They are professional. They are simply the bedt tow service in the area!
