Not only is our daughter learning self defense and practicing on her own, but she looks forward to each class. I was sceptical for myself because I am in my 50's and just beginning.... I am now hooked! The trainers are personable and very thorough! Not just learning self defense, but we are getting stronger and gaining confidence at an incredible rate!
This Kwoon is absolutely amazing, I love it. It's extremely close to my work and my house. It's nestled really close right on St. Francis Rd in Frankfort, IL right inside a whole plaza of shops. This place is great for kids and adults alike just looking to have some fitness, wellness, and well-being back in their life. It's great atmosphere, people, and awesome music is a great addition to my neighborhood and it allows me to really get back in shape. I would extremely recommend this place to anyone who just wants a great place to workout but doesn't want to pay the outrageous gym fees at a place that gives you nothing. The owner and staff are excellent and really give you the one-on-one and class training that is needed to take control of your fitness. It's great to come in and know that you are going to have a fun time, the hours go by so fast here that its nothing like beating the weights. The options they have to offer are amazing, anything from Dance Fitness, Zumba classes, adult and children fitness for Kung Fu, Tai Chi Chuan, Cardio Kickboxing, and Circuit training give anyone multiple options to find what fits them and makes them happy. Tim is always willing to work with you on anything, and helps all the time. It's a great place to be!
