  If I could leave ten stars I would. Ive been in the airlines, law and sales, so I know a little bit about customer service. Arthur and. his wife are lovely people, professional, friendly, etc. I had a watch battery replacement in a Michele brand watch. It is an older model. I had the battery replaced less than year ago at another business. I though it was odd that the battery didn't last the year, the previous four years ran on same battery. Arthur revealed the battery was not the correct one for the watch and I paid twice the cost that Arthur charged. Jewelry is not my skillset so having a business I can trust in this area is priceless. Unless you have a jeweler that is this honest, I would run to Arthur and drop. your current jeweler.

  My son streched the clasp on his chain and it needed to be repaired. We went to Arthur's today and had a really great experience! Arthur is so nice and even joked with my son about the condition of his neck after seeing the damaged clasp. He fixed the clasp so fast that I didn't have much time to look at his designs but I will definitely be back! Thank you so much Arthur!

  Arthur did an amazing job creating an engagement ring for my now fiancée! He walked me through the process of creating a ring, how to choose a diamond, etc. I gave him a picture of a ring design that my girlfriend liked, and the ring he created was even better than the design I showed him. It is truly a piece of art and one of a kind ring. We are very happy to have worked with Arthur. Arthur, we will be contacting you soon about our wedding rings! Thank you again.

  Arthur built the most exquisite vintage engagement ring for my bride and he was a joy to work with. I first met with him having a picture and an idea. Him and his wife were gracious with their time, talking out the process to craft the most beautiful engagement ring. They happily shared their jewelry knowledge in order to do the right thing. They provided great choices and insight when I picked out the special gemstone, an ocean blue sapphire. When I returned to see the wax mold I could tell Arthur put thought into his work with pride. The final product was stunning. Arthur has years and years of honest, hardworking bench experience and it is quite obvious when you see the ring. He listened to me, added his wisdom and built an engagement ring that can be passed down for generations. Thank you Arthur.
  
  It was a fantastic experience to build a piece of jewelry with Arthur's Jewelry. I would highly recommend them if you want a jeweler who takes pride in their work, listens and shares honest knowledge for the love of jewelry.

  Arthur helped my fiancée and me custom design a magnificent engagement ring. He was very upfront, friendly, and patient throughout the entire process, from choosing and purchasing a diamond to designing and sizing the ring itself. He was willing to go to great lengths to make sure that we were happy with what we got. The result was a one-of-a-kind piece of truly remarkable workmanship. I'm sure we'll be back in the future, and we'll definitely recommend him to our friends in the NW suburbs.
