(October 5, 2018, 1:28 pm)I lived in the military community amd needed to pack up and move. I contacted Zippy Shell amd received nothing but excellent service every step of the way. I worked with Jay and Ken and they were very courteous and explained the options and payment plans to me prior to setting up arrangements. They allowed me to pack the pod at my own pace with no additional charges and also accommodated me whe I was ready to recieve my items. Everyone, especially MILITARY, please use this company, they are HASSLE free and very professional. Prices are very reasonable. Thanks Zippy shell!!!!!

Moving is a stressful event and Zippy Shell made it all happen without any problems or extra hassle. Their service is top notch and their office staff and moving crew fantastic!

(June 18, 2018, 12:24 pm)I was planning to go with PODS for our move, but filled out a quote for Zippy Shell anyway just to compare prices. Zippy Shell was not only cheaper, but the customer service they provide cannot even compare! It is nice to work with a local company and not an answering service 1,000 miles away! Jake was available to answer all of my questions either through email or direct phone calls. Ken made sure the process went smoothly, and Jimmy made sure the delivery and pick up were quick and efficient! We moved over Memorial Day weekend and they even picked up the shell on Memorial Day! I would recommend anyone in the Lake County to contact Jake and use Zippy Shell. It was also comforting to know my belongings stored closer to me in Lake Zurich. Several days after our move, I received a package in the mail...it was 2 cards from a game that must have fallen out of a drawer. Ken did a sweep of the shell and made sure my kids' stuff was returned to us! Moving can be stressful, especially with 2 young kids. Zippy Shell made it seem so easy! Plus, I don't feel that I would have received the same customer service from another provider!
