(October 7, 2018, 6:43 pm)Great communicators. Willing to explain things on layman's terms. Expensive - but generally work on high-end cars. I drive a Volkwagon, and VW are institutional liars and cheats, so I wanted a great garage that knew their stuff. You get what you pay for, and I will keep this experiment going provided that keep my car going well for a reasonable cost.

The BMW dealership could not definitively diagnose the issue on my BMW X5 35D diesel and instead proposed to simply throw a bunch of expensive parts at it and see what happens. Drew's technicians at The European Garage were able to accurately diagnose and fix the issue. I also appreciated the fact that Drew was very communicative, honest and always had time to explain the issues and answer my questions. I will definately return when I need automotive service in the future.

(November 16, 2017, 11:36 am)This was my first experience at European Garage. These guys are great, exceeded all my expectations. I am very picky with my Audi, and was nervous with a new place. The shop is beautiful, and clean as a whistle. Kate kept me up to date, she sent me a report with pictures & a video ( Blown Away ). The Audi is running great again, Thank You
