I'm a phone call or drop in away from answering any problems, and we pride ourselves in passing on not only quality service, but great advice.We are in Legal action with Mr. Ken Copenhaven, mentioned above, because of his gross neglect in winterizing his investment. Since he decided to blast us publicly, everyone should be aware that the opportunity to "winterize" his boat was presented at 3 opportunities at least before he authorized us to touch the boat. Late November I finally received a return call from the customer, who was about a month late scheduling his own shipping, asking if he screwed up not winterizing the boat.... take it as you want, i feel bad for the boat, not the owner. This is an unfortunate instance of someone not being ready for the responsibility of big boat ownership.
