  Both dentists are fantastic. Very careful not to cause any discomfort. Highly recommend them.

  This office makes time for their patients especially in time of emergency. They are on time and would stay open after office hours if necessary to take care of you. They know CUSTOMERS SERVICE. They understand the importance of their profession. My tooth cracked and part of it broke off. I called the office after hour, and I received a returned call almost immediately asking me if I was in pain. They filled my tooth within that week when I was available to come in. Dr Kwon and the office staff stayed a little bit after closing because they squeezed me in that day. Thank you!! This office is a small private practice of husband and wife team where the staff are like family and they treat you like part of the family. Jen at the front desk does a wonderful job with insurance billing. I don’t generally write reviews but this office have gone above and beyond to take care of me and my family that I hope this review will help other decide to go with this dental practice. You won’t be disappointed.

  Westlake dental take very good care of me and all my family. The dentist is always very good and patient with my kids. And the front staff girl is always very pleasant and on top of it..

  I hadn't been to a dentist for over 5 years because our last family dentist was quite painful (we called him Dr. Hook). I needed a lot of work because of the lapse in dental care and they took care of it all expertly and without really any pain. I was uncomfortable and dizzy following one of my first visits, which I figured was due to the position I was laying in, and I mentioned it to the staff, who called me later with genuine concern to check in and make sure I was doing alright. Next time they helped by providing me with a pillow that prevented any further discomfort. I have seen both doctors and can only speak positively about each of them. Far better than my family dentist! Min was able to perform a root canal in the office for me, which I had never had done and was dreading, but it was really not painful at all! I had another one done by a specialist and it was about the same experience as Westlake provided. Staff always remembers my name and is friendly and accommodating and both doctors are very efficient and great at explaining what is needed and what to expect. I'm still nervous about seeing dentists, but I always have a great experience here and always leave feeling like it was no big deal. Highly recommended!
