  I’m more than happy with the service, Mario went above and beyond to remove an opossum from my crawl space. He took the time to explain how they think, what they usually do all the details. I’m very happy, couldn’t go any better. Thank you

  Noticed a horrific skunk odor in our house about a week ago. Thought at first it was gas leak because the smell was so strong and seemed to be coming thru our air vents. ABC Wildlife sent someone out last Sunday— the guy set some janky trap without even inspecting to see where skunk might be on our property. Charged $175 JUST to set trap by deck. Five days later, no skunk in trap (shocker) and house smellled so bad it was hard to breath.
  Spoke with 4 other animal removal companies. Had bad vibes from all of them. Contacted US animal control and talked to Mario at 10:00 pm last night. He was extremely informative and assured us he would do whatever he could to remedy situation. He was at our house this morning by 9:30, and within an hour he found the dead skunk under our deck!!! He had to pull up deck boards to retrieve dead carcass, but was extremely careful in removing and replacing boards. I can already notice a difference inside the house. Not nearly the odor it was even six hours ago. Don’t always rely on positive reviews, such as ABC Wildlife. Make sure you call around and choose the one that is willing to explain what the cause will be, and how they can solve the problem. This is how I knew right away Mario could do the job. Added bonus: he’s a super nice guy and huge animal lover!! I don’t normally write reviews, but I was at my wits end living in my house and Mario solved the problem quickly and efficiently!!

  What a great company! They actually have the customers best interest at heart! U.S. Wildlife Removal Service helped us get rid of squirrels in our attic from our home in Lake Forest IL. I had a ton of questions and Mario was more than happy to answer all my questions and put my mind at ease! Today we are squirrel free! He even offered advice and tips on how to prevent squirrels from getting back into our home! I would definitely recommend friends and family to U.S. wildlife removal services!

  I just wanted to express how impressed and thankful my family and I are for the incredible service we received from U.S. Wildlife Removal. Mario was absolutely wonderful. We woke up to a bat in our bedroom earlier this week… having never encountered one before, we had a lot of worries, questions, and concerns. Mario came out to our house twice (no charge for the second visit) and instantly put our minds at ease. He was thorough, informative, kind, and professional. In both instances, we were able to schedule an appointment the SAME DAY that we called. Amazing service. We will most definitely be a lifelong customer!

  Excellent service! Mario was absolutely wonderful and made several trips to the house to remove a family of raccoons living in the attic. He was knowledgeable, friendly and honest. I will for sure use their services again if needed!
