This is the best dojo in the area and all who have attended have told me what a great instructor and most humble man he is. He cares deeply about the Martial Arts and all whom I have spoken with that have attended hav praised him and his abilities to teach both young and old.
Sensei Sheets is the best. Highly recommend this dojo if you're interested in studying and training in karate-do.
Sensei Sheets is one of the most knowledgeable Martial Arts instructors you can see, hear the love he has for the Martial Arts. Our son started training with him, and we saw how much he loved it, we decided to try it also, and we are hooked. If you want to try real Japanese Karate, you should try ShorinRyu.
