    Lori provides great service. She can handle any issue for both Mac and Windows operating systems. It's nice to have one stop service, a rarity in today's world!

    Computer Concepts USA is amazing! Recently, I had an issue with identity theft that stemmed from usernames and passwords.of mine that had been stolen. I was in a panic as I knew very little about this issue. Lori absolutely saved me! She went to work immediately doing dark web searches and also explained to me what probably happened and what steps I need to take to prevent it from happening again. Within a few days, the issue was completely resolved! Lori has a vast amount of technical knowledge and advice from her 20+ years in the industry. She is able to explain highly technical and complex concepts in ways that are very easy to understand. I am so grateful to Lori and the team at Computer Concepts USA.     Lori is exceptionally responsive and capable of solving all of my computer issues. She is very busy but tries to fit in everyone in a timely manner.
    I have had many other people work on my computers over the years, but now I wait until Lori has time to work on them. Lori gives me suggestions of time and cost savers. She has set up a remote capability for me so many times it's a simple log-in.

    Lori was quick and efficient in her diagnosis of my issue, an older desktop on its last legs. She backed up all my files so that I lost nothing, and gave me a great recommendation for a replacement. She even sent me a link to order it online and I had it in a couple of days. Once there, the technician Bill spent the better part of the day setting it up and transferring all my files to the new unit. He even called HP and secured me a new mouse/keyboard when the one sent with the order did not work. Can't say enough about the service!!
