Dr. Kristie Trester is an excellent audiologist. I feel fortunate to be working with her and have felt that way since our first meeting. Her practice handles a number of different manufacturers, which is not always the case and is a great advantage. Kristie is very professional, knowledgable, experienced, thorough, caring, warm, and friendly. She is extremely articulate and is remarkably good at completely and clearly explaining what the issues are and the steps that are needed to find the solution. She seems to anticipate my questions, and often answers them before I can ask! She is patient, kind, and a very good listener. If you have an issue with your hearing aids, Kristie will not stop until the problem is solved. She obviously loves what she does.

Mark Partain is my Audiologists. He is very
Kind, compassionate and knowledgeable
in his field. I have Tinnitus and he is especially
well versed in that aspect of Audiology.
Given my circumstances with my Tinnitus , I was
Impressed with him not being in a hurry to get me into a hearing aid for $6,000. He has started the proper
Work up and since I’m moving to the west coast,
He is referring me to UCLA to continue the Tinnitus
work up. We agreed it would be better for continuity of care and success of the hearing aid to start it after
I relocate. Mark is not only a great clinician but
very academic and up to speed with the most recent literature. I’m a physician that has also done my fair
Share of research. I highly recommend Dr. Mark Partain.
