  I've been having my car serviced here since I originally bought it in 2003 at Shepard Chevrolet. I drive from downtown Chicago because I trust these guys. I've tried Anderson and Libertyville but they are not interested in customer service. I only get my oil changes and the rare service like the battery I needed this time. Even so, they always treat me well. I've been dealing with Dan for a long time. Always a straight shooter. I trust what he tells me.

  This was the 4 th time I’ve returned the car to the dealership for a/c repairs. The first three were covered by the warranty this one was not ($almost $1200). They say “it’s fixed but you never know with air conditioning systems.” They were nice enough to wash the car exterior but the mechanic left the interior a mess. Things I had neatly placed in the cargo area were just tossed into the passenger area and left for me to return the interior to normal. I’m very disappointed about that.

  Moody and team made the process quick and easy. From the initial emails to leaving with the new car. I realized the day after the purchase that I had left my city sticker on my trade in so instead of traveling the 45 minutes I called Moody and asked if he can remove it and send it to me. The following day it arrived at my home. Overall I had a very good experience.

  Rafat was great from the first phone call. I ordered a new Tahoe and he helped me the whole way. Kept me informed on what was going on and when it would be here. Moody was great showing me everything on the vehicle when it got there. They made the whole experience comfortable and no stress. Lance walked us through the dealership and explained the accessories. This whole Chevy team makes you feel like you’re part of a family! Thanks guys.

  Thrilled to have purchased a new car from this team! My salesperson Moody was fantastic to work with, and made me an offer on a new 2023 Trailblazer that I couldn’t refuse. The whole process couldn’t have been easier, and I drove away with my new ride an hour after visiting this dealership. It was a no pressure, no hassle experience…literally just Sign & Drive. To that I said, Done & Done. Thanks Moody, love my new car…and thank you to the guys in Service who just gave it a complimentary hand car wash (another Perk working with this dealership). Keep up the great customer service!!!
