Ordered my flooring online. Picked it up and Installed myself. No issues. During pick-up, I met Kaitlyn...she loaded the flooring and was personable and helpful. I have a roll of underlayment and 1 full box to return. I called the Boardman store and they were busy with other calls. I ended the call without leaving a message. Within 30 minutes, Kyle returns my call! That NEVER happens!!! Impressed! The flooring has been down for about two weeks. It's just as I expected and I am happy. Will provide an update after a few months of traffic. Thank you LL Flooring!

Just what my dinner needed. Everything was super fresh, great counter staff, even at 4.30pm prime dinner hour. Well done!

Pretty impressed! Staff was friendly and efficient. Food was hot and delicious! Drive-thru is a little tight but manageable. I'll be back!

I could not be happier with my new floor! Kyle, Dan, everyone I dealt with were some of the nicest people I have ever met! Fantastic customer service. And they do what they promise. My beautiful floor was perfectly installed on my schedule. And, as promised, any materials or services I didn't utilize were credited to my bill. I definitely recommend Kyle and his staff at Lumber Liquidators. You won't go wrong!
