(October 30, 2018, 3:52 pm)Super friendly staff. Have never had any issues as a patient. Always easy in and out. Very flexible and accommodating with scheduling. Excellent results with Invisalign. Dr. Goshgarian makes sincere connections with his patients and really cares that his patients are getting the best service. This trickles down throughout the entire staff.

I've got 9 years experience as a customer service manager with a large organization and the service and results that Dr. Goshgarian and his office provides is exemplary!!!
His communication skills, ethics, and the rapport he quickly establishes with his clients (Now friends) is awesome.
My dentist Dr. Howard Cooper referred me to Dr. Goshgarian and it speaks volumes that all 5 of my dentist's children saw Dr. Goshgarian for their orthodontic needs too.

They are always willing and eager to answer any questions we have had regarding our daughter's teeth and the braces process. We would 100% highly recommend Dr. Goshgarian's office to anyone and everyone!!!

(August 13, 2016, 1:46 pm)Dr. Goshgarian is kind, nice, friendly and gentle. Great with kids and parents alike. He is conservative and not pushy: this was a welcome change from the other orthodontists I interviewed. My daughter, eleven at the time, actually picked him because of how comfortable he made her feel, even though he was much farther ( 25 minutes vs 5 minutes) from our house then the others. When she got her braces off yesterday her teeth were perfect! She was so happy. I would and have recommended Dr. Goshgarian to everyone I know. He has Lake Forest and Gurnee offices, while not convenient for many (including me), he is worth the drive!

(August 1, 2016, 3:56 pm)Dr. Goshgarian and his whole staff are flexible and responsive. My son who is on the shy side, feels comfortable and welcome there. They always squeeze us in when there is a need for a last minute appointment, they are quick to return phone calls, and friendly and welcoming when we walk in the door. They are involved in the community, donating to and spending time in local schools. Last but not least, my son's teeth are looking great too!
