Lakes at Fountain Square Apartments

  I’ve been here for about 4 months and all in all, there are barely any problems other than the fact that only having one closet for the entire apartment (in the bedroom) is super tough. Most of the neighbors are sweet and keep to themselves, the office workers have always been nice. It’s close to the Naval Station, which is important, and also close to any other shopping you may need. Other than the closets, the only other thing I don’t like is the lights on the outside aren’t on a lot of times. Leaving the apartment at five in the morning with no lights on the side walk is kind of creepy, as is walking my dogs at ten at night. But I do enjoy living here.

  I have nothing but good things to say about this apartment complex. This was my first apartment living on my own. It was such a great experience! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The maintenance was always very quick to fix repairs in my apartment. My neighbors were extremely friendly and quick to help me out. The amenities and location make The Lakes at Fountain Square a great place to live! If I ever move back to Waukegan, I will very quickly apply to move back here.

  I have been wanting to write a review here for quite sometime, You know you live in a great community when the property manager himself offers to help you carry the shipments to the apartment in sheer cold! The staff is amazing, always helpful! This property has come a long way! The maintenance service is great! They have this new app that we can use to take pictures for maintenance and the request goes directly to the leasing office, you can pay rent via the app! Plus, all these awesome events they host, so much fun! Seth, Kristen and all the staff people, you are doing a great job! Thank you so much!
