  I honestly don’t have enough wonderful things to say about Modern Flooring. In a rush to get carpet installed in a reasonable time frame and at an affordable price, I came across Modern Flooring. I called to get information on their pricing as well as their availability for scheduling a free in-home estimate and the president of the company, Kamil, said he was just wrapping up his day and en route back to his office and would be happy to swing by to meet with me THAT DAY.
  
  He arrived within an hour of me calling him and brought numerous carpet samples, taking the time to explain the differences amongst them. He listened to what I was trying to do and then offered his insight and recommendations. After putting our thoughts together and deciding on a color scheme, I anxiously waited for him to calculate the quote. To my surprise, their quote was HALF the price of what Luna initially quoted me and I didn’t have to waste an hour + of my time trying to negotiate it down. He was able to reduce my overall square footage (in carpet usage) while even adding carpet in the entire hallway and going with a premium padding.
  
  As he left that day, he told me to let him know when I was ready for the install and he would make it happen. I emailed him Friday morning, requesting Saturday installation, and they were here at 10am sharp – owner included! The installers themselves were extremely respectful - booties on throughout my house, asked permission to use the washroom, left the basement spotless after install, and made sure I was happy with everything before they left. Then, not only did the owner show up with his installers to greet me and get them started, but he then went out of his way after my installation was complete to come back to my home, look at the finished install, and thank me for my business.
  
  I have very high expectations for customer service and Modern Flooring went above and beyond to meet and exceed all of them. I couldn’t be happier with how things went from beginning to end. A huge thank you to Kamil and his installers, Misael and Ivan, for making this such a seamless process!

  Modern Flooring is amazing company, they worked on last 5 properties of our company, we really liked their job, their price is really affordable.

  Modern Flooring has been our go to flooring contractor since 2013 for various remodel and new construction projects with scopes ranging from; new hardwood, hardwood refinish, carpet, and vinyl.   We have utilized Modern Flooring services for over 300 projects up to date and often with multiple project locations simultaneously with strict completion schedule in place. Modern Flooring’s key ability to sufficiently allocate workforce with multiple crews is a key to success of our ongoing operations. Also, in situations where our projects fell behind schedule do to other unrelated issues, Modern flooring is always able to be flexible and adjust their work to allow us to complete on time. Our company will continue to utilize Modern Flooring for all of our flooring needs.
