(January 15, 2019, 11:58 pm)I've been here multiple times for myself and son. The staff is friendly. The building is clean. Dr. Patel listened when I talked instead of trying to rush through the appointment. I have always gotten better quickly after following his treatment plan.

(December 2, 2018, 2:00 am)Waukegan Immediate Care center is the place to go if you are not feeling well or if you cut yourself or any other miner stuff that you need to go see a Doctor I will say all of the staff member's here are extremely friendly and extremely helpful as they do everything they can to make you feel better and to find out what's going on with you the place is kept extremely clean and the waiting area has a good TV even though it was not a long wait to begin with to be seen.

(February 20, 2018, 3:56 pm)My girlfriend and I have gone here multiple times and have had as great of an experience you can have at an urgent care facility. I would recommend. It's typically a short wait time, and the Dr's there are very nice and knowledgeable.
