Haven’t bought a piano yet but that is definitely not due to service. My experience has been wonderful and they follow up when they have new items you may be interested in. Very customer focused experience.

Brendan really went above and beyond in his knowledge of the product, hassle free salesmanship, and exceptional customer service. The whole experience shopping at Family Piano in downtown Waukegan was wonderful. I 'highly' recommend them being your first stop when shopping for a piano. If I could rate higher than five stars I would.

It is a very professional piano store, I bought two pianos here, all of them are provided with excellent quality, and good service for long term warranty. Owner is very nice and warm-hearted, 100% recommendation!
